Built: 1984 as a rental building. The end of October of 2005, the building was converted to condominiums. The association was turned over to the ownership on 11/01/2006.
Total Units: 467 residential units
Parking: The nine (9) level-parking garage has a total of 496 deeded parking spaces. The lower levels of the garage are public parking and levels 5 through 9 house privately owned parking spaces.
Commercial Establishments: 4 commercial spaces that are not included in the 467 residential unit total. The 4 commercial spaces are The Condominium Management Office, a Business Office, the Laundry Room and Cleaners.
Amenities Included: Laundry room (located on the 27TH floor), party room, fitness center, outdoor pool and sundeck, business center and on-site Management Office, all located on the 7TH floor.
Assessments Include: Water; Natural Gas (domestic hot water); Common Insurance; Scavenger Service; Snow Removal; Window Washing; Amenities.
Elevators: 13 elevators including a freight elevator. All Moves must be scheduled with the Management office. Move in/out fees apply.
